GSM/GPRS Modem
This project was paused. The board is a GSM/GPRS Quadband (850/900 1800/1900 MHz) modem based on G510-Q50-00 GSM module by Fibocom. Unfortunately, my cellular provider doesn't offer support for GSM/GPRS/2G telephone technology, therefore its development was stopped for the moment.
The docs can be downloaded from my local folder or from Fibocom's website.
Notes
- The pin SIM_CD should be pulled up by default
- LM317 is not pinout compatible with 7805
- Serial port should be protected by Zeners
To Do
- Test the serial interface (baudrate + TTL)
- Test GSM connectivity
